Good location! Great service for the kids, everything laid out perfectly and great activities. Very friendly staff. Good value for money in general. The breakfast (the restaurant in general) was a bit disappointing, as well as the parking area and the internal area for children, too small and cold, even the opening hours limit the possibility of going with children in certain timetables.

We had an amazing stay at LaGrotta. Exceeded all our expectations. The owners and staff are a wonderful team, doing everything to make sure you feel better than home. Children are entertained and taken care with various creative activities. Ski courses are organized directly in the hotel. Rooms were very clean and creatively designed. Who would not like to sleep on a treehouse? If you have kids, this the hotel for you! The position is great, you can leave your car in their big parking area and use Catinaccio’s gondola or take a quick drive to other wonderful Dolomiti ski spots. Loved the merenda after a full ski day, with pancakes, sandwiches, fruit, chocolate...every day there was something new to try and surprise the kids, and parents. Aperitivo was top notch, always served professionally by the great and always happy Pasha! Dinners were outstanding with a nice wine cart and very friendly staff, listening and accommodating every wish with a smile. You can really feel that they love what they do, focusing on every little detail and ensuring you are at the center. The only bad part is that unfortunately at a certain point, you need to go back home, but fully re-energized, relaxed and why not, also inspired. Thank you to everyone from the big family at the LaGrotta for such a fantastic holiday! We are looking forward to come back.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great food. It’s above all a family hotel with plenty for kids to do and be active. The rooms are impeccably clean and well presented (they come in animal themes of the local wildlife). There’s so much to do, at first we were underprepared with the amount of activities available but the staff were very helpful in recommending from a wide range of choices. The local cable car ride is really great, I have a fear of heights (and this one is high) but it’s certainly worth getting over as the view, walks and activities at the top are wonderful. The team at the hotel were a pleasure. Very accommodating and approachable. It’s a very relaxed family focused atmosphere in a family run hotel. We didn’t need the car for our stay in the area, public transport is ok. And the hotel gave us backpacks and discount cards for passes to activities. We were there in July, I’d love to spend time there in winter enjoying the mountains in the snow. We had a really unforgettable time and can’t wait to plan our return.
